Replier is not a full chatbot platform, social inbox, CRM, or multi-channel funnel builder. It is built for the simpler Instagram workflow where a creator posts "comment price", "comment guide", "comment demo", "comment link", or a similar prompt, then wants the right DM sent automatically.

Core workflow:

1. Connect an Instagram Business account.
2. Create a rule with one keyword and one saved DM.
3. Turn the rule on for a campaign or post.
4. Replier sends the DM when matching comments arrive.
5. Replier shows send activity and click analytics for tracked DM buttons.

Public pricing is shown on the homepage. Current pricing and quota structure:

- Free quota: $0 one-time included quota. Includes 3 rule activations total, 1,000 total auto-DMs, 1 Instagram account, dashboard activity, and click tracking.
- Creator: $12/month. Includes unlimited rules, unlimited auto-DMs with fair use, 1 Instagram account, and click analytics for every DM button.
- Studio: $29/month. Includes unlimited rules, unlimited auto-DMs with fair use, up to 5 Instagram accounts, and click analytics for every DM button.

Pricing is built around the comment-to-DM workflow: rules, auto-DM volume, and Instagram account count. Replier is not priced around an active-contact database.
