- Replier works through Instagram and Meta permissions, so it requires an Instagram Business account and the right authorization. If platform rules or permissions change, some automation behavior may be affected.
- Are paid plans unlimited?
- Paid plans do not limit normal creator and small-brand campaign usage. Replier may limit abnormal high-volume automation, abuse, or behavior that violates platform rules.
- Do I need an Instagram Business account?
- Yes. Replier is built around Instagram Business connection flows so comment automation can use the right Meta permissions.
- Can I start with one keyword?

- Does this replace a social inbox?

- What can I put in the DM?

- Will Replier answer every comment?
- Only comments that match the keyword you choose trigger a DM. Everything else stays untouched.
- What happens if someone comments something else?
- Nothing. Replier only responds to the keywords you set on active rules.
- Can I pause a campaign?
