How Replier handles deletion requests for connected channel data.

What gets deleted
Replier deletes channel connection records, Meta access tokens, and stored automation logs associated with a valid Meta data deletion request.
How to request deletion
You can remove Replier from your platform account settings, disconnect your channel in Replier, or contact support with the channel that was connected.
What happens next
After we receive a valid request, we remove the associated connection data from Replier systems unless limited records must be retained for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
