How Replier handles the account, connected channel, and automation data needed to run comment-to-DM workflows.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

What we collect

Replier collects the minimum data needed to connect your account, manage billing, and run comment-to-DM automations. This may include your email address, authentication account details, connected social channel identifiers, selected posts, keyword settings, DM message templates, platform access tokens, automation activity logs, and limited billing records such as customer, subscription, payment-method type, and last-four-digit identifiers. Replier does not receive or store your full payment account number.

How we use it

  • Meta channel connection - we use Meta permissions and access tokens to identify connected accounts or Pages, read eligible comments, and send configured replies or messages where the platform allows it.
  • Automation settings - we compare new comments against your keywords and run the DM workflow you configured.
  • Account support - we use operational records to debug issues, secure accounts, and respond to support requests.
  • Product analytics - we use privacy-conscious analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

  • Clerk provides authentication and account management.
  • Stripe provides secure checkout, subscription billing, trial reminders, invoices, and payment-method storage.
  • Platform APIs provide the connections used to link supported channels and run approved automation workflows.
  • TinyInbox may be used for customer support messages.
  • Cloudflare and database providers host the app, API, and stored product data.
  • Umami or similar analytics tools may be used to measure product usage without advertising profiles.

Data retention

We keep connected account data, tokens, automations, automation logs, and limited billing records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you disconnect a channel, delete automations, or delete your account, we remove associated product data unless we must retain limited records for billing, tax, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Data deletion

You can remove Replier from your Meta account settings, disconnect your channel in Replier, or request deletion through the data deletion flow. Valid deletion requests remove channel connection records, access tokens, and stored automation logs associated with the connected account or Page.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not track you across unrelated websites for ad targeting. We do not use your private connected-channel data to train AI models.
