What we collect

Replier collects the minimum data needed to connect your account and run comment-to-DM automations. This may include your email address, authentication account details, connected Instagram Business account identifiers, selected posts, keyword rules, DM message templates, Meta access tokens, and activity logs for automation events.

How we use it

• Instagram connection - we use Meta permissions and access tokens to identify connected accounts, read eligible comments, and send configured replies or messages where the platform allows it.
• Automation rules - we compare new comments against your keywords and run the DM workflow you configured.
• Account support - we use operational records to debug issues, secure accounts, and respond to support requests.
• Product analytics - we use privacy-conscious analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

• Clerk provides authentication and account management.
• Meta provides the Instagram APIs used to connect accounts and run approved automation workflows.
• Intercom may be used for customer support messages.
• Cloudflare and database providers host the app, API, and stored product data.
• Umami or similar analytics tools may be used to measure product usage without advertising profiles.

Data retention

We keep connected account data, tokens, rules, and automation logs while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you disconnect Instagram, delete rules, or delete your account, we remove associated product data unless we must retain limited records for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Data deletion

You can remove Replier from your Meta account settings, disconnect your account in Replier, or request deletion through the data deletion flow. Valid deletion requests remove Instagram connection records, access tokens, and stored automation logs associated with the connected account.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not track you across unrelated websites for ad targeting. We do not use your private Instagram data to train AI models.
