Studio is a shared workspace, separate from each person's Personal workspace. Members are unlimited. Joining Studio does not remove anyone's Personal workspace. Owners and admins manage billing, members, and roles. Only the owner can transfer ownership. A role can cover channels, automations, interactions, exports, analytics, and manual sending. The default member role can connect and remove channels, create and edit automations, view and export analytics and interactions, and send manual and catch-up replies. A custom role can grant only what that person needs. Extra permissions add to a role. They cannot take inherited access away.
To keep a teammate on the brands they run, limit them to selected channels. In Workspace → Members, open the member's action menu, choose Channel access, then Selected channels, and check the Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages they should see. You can set the same limit when you invite them. Changing their role keeps their channel access. Owners and admins always have every channel.
A limited member sees only those channels and their automations, results, contacts, and catch-up replies. An automation that also runs on another channel is hidden from them. They can still see every channel's name and picture under Workspace → Channels and request access. Owners and admins get an email, and the first decision approves or denies it.
Logs is the audit log. Owners and admins see who changed invitations, roles, channel access, workspace details, channels, automations, or billing, and who requested, approved, or denied channel access. Open an entry for the values before and after the change.
Studio also adds message flows: up to 50 saved messages in one automation. The flow continues when the person taps a button, and one flow can have up to 10 branches, nine with their own keywords plus one for anything else, so different keywords on the same post send different messages. A flow is not a broadcast, a scheduled drip, or a CRM. Follow-up messages in the same run do not add interactions. The Follow Gate, which asks someone to follow before the DM and checks that follow, is Instagram-only. Facebook automations send the public reply and the Messenger DM.
