Connect your Facebook Page
Sign in with Facebook and pick the Page you manage. One Facebook Page counts as one connected channel.
Turn Facebook Page comments into automatic Messenger DMs, with the same keyword and any-comment triggers you use on Instagram.
Connect your Facebook Page, set a keyword or any-comment trigger with the Messenger DM you want to send, and choose the posts. When an eligible comment matches, Replier posts your public reply and sends the saved DM with its tracked buttons.

Choose a keyword or any-comment trigger, add an optional public reply, and write the Messenger DM with up to 3 link or reply buttons.
Apply it to a specific post, the next post, or all posts. When a matching comment arrives, Replier posts the public reply and sends the DM.
Trigger the DM only when a comment contains a keyword such as guide, price, or link, or reply to every comment on the post. Keyword matching is case-insensitive and checks whether the comment contains your word, so make the request clear in the post. Facebook Messenger messages to your Page can trigger an automation too.
Meta Business Suite includes basic comment and message automation inside your Page tools. When you want keyword and any-comment triggers across posts, a public reply plus a Messenger DM with tracked link or reply buttons, Catch up on recent comments, and one place for both Instagram and Facebook, compare what each covers.
Replier handles comment-to-DM for both channels from one workspace. One Instagram account or one Facebook Page counts as a single connected channel, so connecting both uses two channels. The Follow Gate, which asks a commenter to follow before the DM, is Instagram-only; Facebook automations send the public reply and the Messenger DM.
Each plan is a flat monthly price that includes a set number of connected channels. Prices below are the current list prices; see the pricing page for details.
| Plan | Price | Connected channels |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 interactions/month, up to 2 channels |
| Creator | $10/month | Up to 2 channels |
| Studio | $49/month | 10 channels, each extra channel +$5/month |
Under Meta's Page private replies rules, each comment allows one message to the person who commented, sent within 7 days of the comment. A normal Replier automation replies once to each matching comment, so someone who comments twice can get a DM for each comment. After someone replies to that message, Messenger's standard 24-hour window applies to further messages. Catch up can send replies to eligible comments from the last 7 days.

Both. Set a keyword such as guide or price to trigger the DM only on matching comments, or choose any-comment to reply to everyone who comments on the post.
